Zero Data Retention (ZDR)
Novaflow operates strictly under commercial agreements that guarantee zero persistent storage of prompt payloads or model outputs. Once an orchestration DAG completes its cryptographic sign-off, all ephemeral tokens and tensors in memory are securely overwritten.
Cryptographic Provenance
Every extracted data point is stamped with a SHA-256 verifiable hash correlating the output with the raw document coordinate. Auditing committees can trace any decision back to the exact page and paragraph source.
End-to-End Encryption
Data in transit is strictly encrypted using TLS 1.3 with Perfect Forward Secrecy. Data at rest (for configuration and schemas) is protected with AES-256 with customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK) supported via AWS KMS.
HIPAA & SOC 2 Type II
We execute formal Business Associate Agreements (BAA) with healthcare enterprises. Our controls undergo annual independent SOC 2 Type II examinations conducted by leading third-party audit firms.
